He did nothing to help me even though a special test showed I have bilateral Parathyroid Hyperplasia. Now I also have Gout ( High uric acid) as a result of my kidneys being overwhelmed with filtering excess calcium from all 3 of my parathyroids having astronomical PTH being excreted. He just ran and hid cuz it was too hard of a case for him. Beware, he doesn't genuinely care for patients but only himself.
I can not say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Holoubek. He did my parathyroid surgery last year and was incredibly professional. His bedside manor is incredible and his ability to talk to patients in a way that is both professional and supportive is outstanding.
Had an FNA done on my thyroid nodules by Dr. Holoubek in August of 2023. I was very nervous because I had one done previously at the hospital that was a horrible experience. Dr. Holoubek and his entire staff were wonderful. They made me feel at ease the whole time and restored my faith in medical procedures.
Can't say enough great things! Just had my parathyroid surgery yesterday and already feeling good! He and his nurse Melanie are so amazing!
