we purchased a simon g engagement ring it is a beautiful ring. i am very careful with my jewelry but shockingly enough the whole side of my ring that held row of diamonds fell off and was lost. the ring was sent in for repair and i was given an estimate of over 550.00. i cant believe simon g would not stand behind their merchandise better than that. they also will not return my call,. i am very disappointed.....

We purchased a \$15K Simon G engagement ring which is beautiful. Unfortunately one of the baguette sets fell out and the company wouldnt even answer my inquiry into whether they would cover at least part of the cost as it was obviously defective.
