This was not about a refund, this was about customer service. I knew I would get my refund back. This is about the poor service by Tina and almost 3 months of waiting for the order to be delivered. No customer should wait 3 months for an order to be delivered. This was my first and thankfully last experience doing business with Simon Eye, specifically the Dover location. I’ve been going to this location for several years now for my regular eye exams and glasses, and more recently for treatment related to eye inflammation from an autoimmune condition. The staff, technicians, and doctors are consistently kind, empathetic, and helpful. I truly appreciate how willing everyone is to take the time to answer all of my questions, as well as the level of care and attention I receive when shopping for new glasses. Five stars for Simon Eye. After dealing with constant cancellations and 8-month wait times at Delaware Ophthalmology, finding this office was a relief. Because my insurance had changed, I had to temporarily leave Simon Eye. The care and demeanors I encountered elsewhere were very lacking in comparison. Consequently, now that my insurance has changed again, I am so glad to be back! Dr Hohmann is very professional, thorough, and conducts herself with a sunny disposition. The staff , from the front desk to the help selecting glasses are pleasant and very helpful. I usually don’t leave reviews, but Dover Simon Eye staff deserve a pat on the back.
