I contacted Simon Eye to make an appointment... They sent me an email reminder a few days before the appointment, telling me that some random doctor was looking forward to seeing me. I responded and let them know that Dr. Nguyen is my doctor, so if he isn't available, please cancel the appointment and reschedule. They responded and told me he left the practice, but would not tell me where he went.
