Used to be efficient. Lately customer service is horrible. Some of the csr are terrible, not trained in talking with customers. Supposed to call customer if you order glasses. Never get a call. We have to hound them to find out if it is ready. Then we discovered it was there but nobody called. A csr was supposed to make an appointment for me to see a surgeon. She never did. I had to do it myself. I will be looking for a new optomologist .
