After being stuck in stand still traffic on the highway, I was 15 minutes late for my 1:30 eye exam appointment at the Limestone location. I was then told the doctor was with their last scheduled appointment for the day and I would have to reschedule. The office did not close until 3:00 and there was no one else in the waiting area. Did not reschedule. I am going to find somewhere else to go and am thinking about cancelling my daughter’s upcoming appointment.
RecommendedSimon Eye is the most efficiently run business I have dealt with in a long time. The entire staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The Pike Creek office is immaculate. I won’t go anywhere else for my vision care!
RecommendedAll staff was so courteous and polite when you entered the door! Everyone greeted you with a hello so nice and warm feeling! Office very neat and clean! Bathroom sanitary! Exam rooms very organized clean! Dr. Patel so nice and through explained everything in depth with my Mom about her cataract surgery! Her exam was excellent she did not miss any areas of the eye!
