RecommendedI love my eye docs and the staff at Simon Eye in Middletown! They greet you with a smile, work with your schedule, and are truly caring and professional! My kids and I have been going there for probably over a decade and they have helped us with great designer glasses, contact lenses, eye problems, etc. If you've hit the mark where reading gets weird, ask them about multifocal contact lenses!
Great staff and of course the amazing Dr. Brad Gardner has always been awesome to work with. You never feel rushed and of course they make you feel right at home. Both Dr. Gardner and Dr. Brown had to help my husband with metal in his eye - thank God they worked together and got it out, as it could’ve really been bad!! Oh, Ava Bellinger did an awesome job helping me pick out these frames and I have gotten a lot of compliments!! She’s my girl!! I will post pic in comments as I can’t figure out how to add it, lol!!
I took my daughter who is 19 and has Down Syndrome to have an eye exam here today. The staff were wonderful and the doctor was outstanding and was very patient and thorough while examining her! I will definitely tell others to come see them! Great job! Thankyou for making our visit pleasant!
I recently went to Simon Eye in Middletown DE and Dr. Gardner is great and truly cares about his patients. I also worked with Ava Bellinger to pick out my glasses and was wonderful. She took one look at me and knew what style to pull and we were able to find glasses and sunglasses really quickly. She is super friendly and I would recommend her to anyone to help you pick out glasses.
This is the problem I have, this is the second pair of glasses that I’ve purchased this year and this is second time that I’ve received a case that doesn’t belong to my glasses. As much money as I’ve paid for my Gucci glasses, I should have the exact case that my glasses came with. This is so pathetic that I keep saying the same thing over and over again. Please tell me what to you do with the original cases?! Please tell me! I don’t want this raggedy case that belongs to a pair of sunglasses. Truly disappointed AGAIN!
I absolutely loved the friendly front desk staff and enjoyed the email and personal call reminders. Scheduled the entire family for their eye exams because of the ease of schedulimg and welcoming atmosphere! A particular staff member, Betty found my money on the floor that I had dropped out of my pocket amd promptly returned it to me. I appreciate her honesty as she could have easily taken it.
