Forget it. The doctor said he needed my first impressions, so he went through the test at top speed. I couldn't even almost keep up. When he got to the final comparison, he literally gave me one second to look at each. He tells me he's been doing it for30 years, so he knows what he's doing. I'm not having it. I will go elsewhere next time.

I have been using Simon Eye for the past 7 years. I have noticed that the larger they got as a company the worse the quality control got. Example today..... I got my eye examination and bought glasses. I had to go back 2x's to get what I thought my frames readjusted. I complained about the way I was seeing. I was originally told that I had to get used to a new focal point. I didn't understand why. Used to be efficient. Lately customer service is horrible. Some of the csr are terrible, not trained in talking with customers. Supposed to call customer if you order glasses. Never get a call. We have to hound them to find out if it is ready. Then we discovered it was there but nobody called. A csr was supposed to make an appointment for me to see a surgeon. She never did. I had to do it myself. I will be looking for a new optomologist .
