I have been using Simon Eye for the past 7 years. I have noticed that the larger they got as a company the worse the quality control got. Example today..... I got my eye examination and bought glasses. I had to go back 2x's to get what I thought my frames readjusted. I complained about the way I was seeing. I was originally told that I had to get used to a new focal point. I didn't understand why.
