I have been using Simon Eye for the past 7 years. I have noticed that the larger they got as a company the worse the quality control got. Example today..... I got my eye examination and bought glasses. I had to go back 2x's to get what I thought my frames readjusted. I complained about the way I was seeing. I was originally told that I had to get used to a new focal point. I didn't understand why. Dr.Gardener (Both Dr. Gardeners) & the staff are fantastic! I developed shingles in my eye. The pain was incredible. Dr. Gardener brought me right in, on Christmas Eve, and treated me right away. He called at home to make I was responding to treatment. The follow up was awesome. I won’t go anywhere else for eye care.

I went on my insurance website, and have been trying to schedule an appointment anywhere for about three to six months. There was only one place listed every time I looked and it was not here (every time I went to contact the one place, they were closed which was my fault). Today I logged in and was looking up the number for the place and noticed Simon Eye was listed. huge thanks to Ava Bellinger at the Fox Run location. she took the time to explain everything and went over and above to make sure I was happy with my new glasses. she gave exceptional customer service and I am so glad we switched to her.

After being stuck in stand still traffic on the highway, I was 15 minutes late for my 1:30 eye exam appointment at the Limestone location. I was then told the doctor was with their last scheduled appointment for the day and I would have to reschedule. The office did not close until 3:00 and there was no one else in the waiting area. Did not reschedule. I am going to find somewhere else to go and am thinking about cancelling my daughter’s upcoming appointment.
Simon Eye is the most efficiently run business I have dealt with in a long time. The entire staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The Pike Creek office is immaculate. I won’t go anywhere else for my vision care!
