I am extremely disappointed with the experience my mother had with Dr. Donets. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness towards my mother was shocking. Instead of providing compassionate care, the doctor was condescending, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of empathy. My mother felt belittled and disrespected during the appointment, which is unacceptable from any medical professional. We would not recommend this doctor to anyone who values respectful and considerate medical care.

I had the please of seeing Dr. Donets for an ongoing foot issue, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. My appt was at 10:3o am. I arrived 10 minutes early to a welcoming staff and a clean and comfortable waiting area. I was seen by Dr. Donets at 10:30am on the dot. I felt completely confident in his care, and I appreciate how knowledgeable and attentive Dr. Donets was.
