Incredible help! Not only is Ben loaning me great hearing aids while we figure out what is best for my hearing, he took a photo to show a second hole that's developed in my ear canal. Also gave ne research articles. Super knowledgeable and outstanding service. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Ears tested, devise custom fitted, taught me how to wear them, clean them etc. All in one visit. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I hear things I haven't heard in years. It's great!!!! Thank you
