Doctor made partial for me .. was perfect , went back 4wks later for cleaning , assistant broke key piece off partial . Dentist told me “he felt bad, was willing to pay half of lab cost to replace . Replacement looked awful .. walked out without paying anything . Told him I didn’t break my partial his staff did and I shouldn’t be responsible. 30 minutes after I walked out without paying anything came text with email address to pay
