This is a horrible insurance company and I hope no one buys insurance from them. They denied me a lot of times and they spoke extremely rude to me. They don’t care for their customers.
The worst Insurance agency ever. They sell shitty insurance companies to people then they don’t help people when in need. I bought Ostego Mutual Home Insurance from them. Then when I am trying to get help from them to solve my claim then the angent Tahseen Kamran is denying to talk to us. He has been so rude to us. Now we are roaming around outside like homeless people and they don’t even care. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!BE AWARE!!!
This is horrible insurance agency. I have a big damage at my house. And I called the guy tahseen kamran because I bought insurance from him. And he just rudely denied me. I have a two smell kids. He said he doesn't care. Where I sleep with kids. 😭😭😭 I really do not want anyone to suffer like me and my kids 🙏😭😭
Worst wholesale experience ever. Never returns emails or calls and takes over a month to produce a binder.
