More than impressed! Miracle Air Duct Cleaning came in and cleaned our churches chairs. Our chairs over the years have been used well. We were considering purchasing new seating. One of our members used Miracle Air Duct Cleaning in their home and recommended them for our church chairs. They almost look new! Incredible for chairs that are almost 30 years old. Service was great. Well done.
They did an amazing job and were SUPER patient when it came to scheduling. My building is a ridiculous pain regarding outside contractors and requires a very specific type of insurance. Miracle Air Duct was very accommodating of this and was able to send over the right insurance with very short notice. My carpet is super old and was very dirty, and Miracle Air Duct was really good about setting expectations with me about what could be done. I am very pleased with this company! The person on the phone was personable, knowledgeable and I could tell, truly cared about customer service. They quoted me a price that was the highest possible price, then adjusted it down once they completed the job (which I like better than being quoted a low price that gets increased once they do the work). I've used them twice now and I've been extremely happy with the work they've done. They've been able to remove the troublesome stains and leave my house fresh and clean. They're incredibly professional and offer quick responses and services. I recommend them to everyone I know and will absolutely use them again.
Excellent Service. David was my technician and he did a wonderful job. He cleaned 3 pieces of furniture and the carpeting on my second floor. Everything looks beautiful and brand new! David was friendly and efficient and was very good at his job, and the pricing was competitive. I highly recommend Miracle Air Duct Cleaning and would definitely use them again.
