Still waiting to be referred to a physical therapist... 28 months later now still no referral.
If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. Incompetent and unprofessional describes them perfectly. They neglect their patients, never do what they say they are going to do; and shouldn't be allowed to practice at all. PATHETIC group of folks!! DON'T make the mistake of going to this lousy place.
I had never been here before but I was ill before an upcoming vacation and they 1) are close to my office and 2) were able to schedule an appointment quickly. I met with the nurse practitioner, Tiffany, and she did a wonderful job ensuring that we covered all of the bases, not only to send me away on the road to recovery before I left, but also with a few follow up items for the long term. If you regularly like to wait 30 min after your appointment time to be seen, a sick assistant with poor hygiene (not washing hands or using hand sanitizer), and a provider that talks over you without listening to your concerns... Then this is the place for you
I have been going to this practice for over 7 years and I love it. They do have same day appointments and 90% of the staff is amazing!
