Simms Chevrolet was not known before 1957. It was a company started by a man from Grand Rapids with a desire to build a business. He packed up all of belongings, said goodbye to his hometown and proceeded East to the small town of Clio with his wife and family. Excellent Service – Simms Chevrolet was awesome, I checked out other Chevy Stores and met all the other used car sales man out there. Simms was upfront, Honest and beat not only the price but also the financing of all the other Dealers around it really was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
Bad Service Department – On 12/27/2011, I brought my 2009 Chevy HHR for ESC/Traction service issue at 4:50 pm. I was waited on by John Hallwood. Mr. Hallwood said, and I quote: since it’s almost closing time, he will have the mechanic look at it the next day. I said that was fine, and since it’s under the Power Train warranty, I asked for a loaner to use for the time being.
