I just called to ask if this company is the one who works with Lowes to install doors. The woman who answered the phone asked my name, which I gave her. I asked if she could answer my initial question and she asked me who I work for. I replied that I am retired and she said "have a nice day" and ended the call. This woman was exceptionally rude and I would certainly hope the rest of their staff is better prepared to deal with the public. I am glad this is not the company I am searching for...….. date 9/18/19, time 1:50pm.
