Just good old-fashioned good down to earth People
We were broken down on the side of I-20 about 40 miles east of Meridian when our motorhome “dropped” the drive shaft. Called Simmons Wrecker Service and was on our way back to Meridian within 2 hours. Our wrecker driver Joe was the most friendly and all of the staff in the office were friendly and helpful! Took us to get a rental car, and then helped us get back on the road this morning. If you’re ever in need of towing on the Meridian MS area, give them a call!
My sister was traveling through Livingston, AL and broke down. Travis came and got her, her dog, and 3 teenagers on a Saturday afternoon and dropped them at a hotel. He fixed the truck himself and got them back on the way the next day. He took great care of them and even called to make sure she got back to her home in Shreveport. Absolute Class Act. Kudos to Travis and Simmons Wrecker.
Simmons took great care of me. Towed me to a safe place. Nice staff and great mechanics. Fairly priced and I highly recommend. I have referred them to my carrier as the go to company should any of our driver need assistance. Thank again for everything Mr Ricky and staff.
