Today I have seen the true definition of great customer service .After having a few issues with my brake job, Mr. Simmons got the problem corrected rapidly and went above and beyond my expectations . He personally called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up . Mr Simmons was very apologetic and went above duty to ensure that I was satisfied.
