Mind-blowingly rude. Never again.
I went in and paid over 500 dollars for them to replace my wheel bearings and my spark plugs. When my boyfriend dropped my car back off to me, my interior drivers side door handle was broke off which he explained was like that when he picked it up and one of the employees (chuck) said he broke it and they refused to fix it or give any discount for services. RecommendedI came in yesterday with a flat tire on the worst possible day imaginable as I had about a thousand errands to run LOL. Plus my budget is very tight and I was worried about how much it would cost to get a new tire. Every single staff member was amazing and so helpful, and the best part is they had my tire on and me out the door and under 15 minutes even with other people in the lobby! I needed new tires but didn't have a large budget for them. Chuck recommend some good quality tires that fit my budget. They were installed very quickly the next day after ordering. Very friendly staff too!
Hi all had a great experience today and wanted to pass it on. We have a Tiffin 2014 Phaeton QBH purchased in 2013. Yep it was time for tires. We had been putting it off because we wanted the FMCA discount and we also have Tyron Bands. Well Simmons Tire Co in Sheffield, AL was great. I was sent there by Tiffin to correct a vibration on my 2019 32SA. They corrected the problem and it has never drove as good as it does now. Great job! I would recommend them to all.
