We recently called Simmons & Sons Roofing LLC to replace some broken roof tiles on our dormer after a summer storm knocked a tree limb onto it. We’ve used them before to install a new roof on our old house and were very satisfied with how quickly and professionally they got the job done. After a big storm came through, we needed a new roof for our home. Roger, the manager, responded quickly and came out to give us an estimate. Roger did an excellent job helping me with the insurance claim process for my roof from start to finish. After a heavy storm, he approached me and offered a free roof inspection to check for wind damage. Roger even called the insurance company while I was there and helped file the claim. He was on site when the adjuster came to look at my roof and really helped make sure the claim got approved.
