FULL DISCLOSURE: I did not purchase the vehicle but... Kyle at the Nissan dealer was great. He kept in touch with me, and worked hard to offer payments that would have worked within my budget. I fell in love with a car at another dealership, but Kyle's attention to WHAT THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS ARE made me already suggest him to a friend! When I look again in a few years, I hope Kyle and I can make it work. Thank you for great customer service, regardless of the ending.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service center. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, the staff came across as dismissive and disrespectful, which made the whole situation worse. This is not the kind of treatment anyone expects after purchasing a car. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience bought a brand new car !! 2025 !! But sales guy they good !! You will not see me there anymore ithaca maguire was a better option after all
Just got my first car from here, I highly recommend this dealership if you want good prices for decent cars. Worth it!
