My truck will never go back to Simmons Rockwell ever again after Thursday 2/6/25 since it takes 5 hours just to change out brakes and rotors and a seatbelt replacement but then again you guys never do anything right from forgetting to bolt my seatbelt back down and don’t forget when I had something going on with my truck my salesman told me don’t be afraid to reach out so I came to the dealership with my problem my salesman told me can’t help me and show me the door but don’t forget it’s not about sale it’s about reaching ou... read more
Just absolutely trash, don't bother booking service online. You'll likely get there only to find out the system doesn't have your requests. Then, you'll be told they don't have time to do any of the things you asked for, and this is after waiting almost a month for an appointment. Service advisor was friendly, and confessed that this happens a lot. What a joke.
