The service advisor I dealt with was phenomenal, informative, professional, and treated me like I was more than a dollar. I was treated like a valued customer. Thank you Ashley. Bought new 33 miles then went home no vavle stem caps on never noticed till home then went to get car hitch on car and they said my tires on driver's side had broken belts in tires would not replace tires they said I had hit pot holes with new vehicle at this point the salesman wouldn't help get them replaced so I called Hyundai and same response . So I tried calling manager at simmons rockwell and couldn't get through to voice mail mailbox full . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOTH COMPANIES I HAVE BEEN A COSTUMER FOR YEAERS .... read more

I dropped my car off for a recall this morning and was greeted by bright shining faces and cheery dispositions. I was able to pick up my car before I was thinkin which was amazing. Tyrone was very professional. I definitely recommend him and this location for your needs.
