To clarify, this review is strictly regarding the service center, not the sales department. We bought our 2025 Tucson Hybrid four months ago. In mid-July, the EV system failed, and we had the car towed to this service center for a Hyundai warranty claim. First, the customer service was atrocious. One of the techs berated and belittled my wife because we bought the car from Carvana. He repeatedly ranted about how terrible Carvana is, even stating that his own sister was an idiot for buying from them. By extension, he was call... read more
Do not buy a vehicle from these people. When there is a slight issue they will not take care of the customer and the customer will have to take the car to an independent repair shop and pay out of pocket to get repaired even when the car is under warranty less than 1 year old.
Tony and Josh work so well together. Best experience by them. Everything went quickly and I was on my way. Love the Tuscon.
