Got a car here in May of 2025. Car was great, service was terrible. Felt rushed the whole time and then when I decided to buy the car, i told them i would pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up there were no floor mats, didn't put front license plate or plate bracket on and the head rest for the seats were missing . When i said something about the head rest they did search for some but couldn't find any. Had to wait like 4 days to meet someone in a random parking lot to get the the head rests. From his immense knowledge about the vehicle, his comprehensiveness of walking us through all the options, showing us multiple cars, and being very flexible around our hectic schedule, even coming in on his day off to help us, it all was wonderful.
