Customer service at Simmons Rockwell Ford in bath is very horrible the service department is not Customer oriented and the service is horrible
Aside from the usual dealership grind, this place was just..mediocre at best. Inflexible on pricing on a stock that'd been sitting a long time & was price above market, salesman said they'd be in touch but haven't heard anything back from them two weeks later. Hopefully others have a more enjoyable experience than my wife and I.
