This dealership is horrible at detailing cars. I bought a used vehicle and noticed they barely detailed it. I asked them to do it again, and they still didn’t do it correctly. I found a bunch of nasty food residue and finger prints all over the vehicle. I had to clean it myself. If you buy a vehicle from here, don’t expect it to be cleaned. I had great service otherwise, but this was a huge disappointment.
Drew at Simmons-Rockwell in Hornell was wonderful to work with. After my accident totaled my Ford Escape, I was feeling very overwhelmed and unsure what I was going to do next.
