Recommendedhad a horrible experience with a local dealer so I called up simmons rockwell in hornell. Aiden was amazing. the whole process was easy. he listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to find the perfect car. He and Shawn made the whole experience awesome. I will definitely be returning next time I am in the market!!
We had a hard time finding a vehicle in our price range and that would fit out big family with 5 kids! Thanks to Justin, we found our vehicle and could not be happier! Do not do business with this establishment! Took my car in for Warrenty work done in more than a timely mannor(no complaints there) got the call it was done thanked them and gave no tentative date when I would pick it up but stated I would try to get it as soon as possible. Get a call 2 days ago asking when I would come get it and I informed the service manager that I would do my best to get it Sunday. My husband and I have dealt with Simmons Rockwell for 17 years. 9/21/19 was the 1st time that my family left a Simmons Rockwell dealership without purchasing a vehicle. My husband brought our son and daughter-in-law to look at and hopefully buy an SUV. They ended up leaving and purchasing on at Molye.
