RecommendedWhat's not to like about this place? It's in the thick of things on DI, wonderful (helpful, responsive, and downright friendly) staff, cozy apartments with nice finishes, garage parking and FOB entry make things safe and secure, great amenities, and they host lots of social events. All this creates a warm and welcoming environment where neighbors are just that - people say hi, make conversation, and build relationships. I've never lived in an apartment complex like this before, and I don't plan to leave anytime soon.

I really loved my time at Simmons Park. We were there about a year and a half from 2017-2019. During that time there was a change in staff, much for the better. If there are any older reviews that are negative, things have probably changed. It is a well-maintained complex with a friendly atmosphere and the location is wonderful!
Great property with awesome management team. We love living here and you can’t beat the location!
We have lived in many different places in different states and Simmons Park is THE BEST Too bad that you all cant live here

Amazing experience, it's being close to two years living in Simmons park and can surely say it's the best society on the island to live on. Stunning clubhouse, gym and Swimming pool to add nice pleasure to daily routine life. Will strongly recommend to all
