Overall excellent experience. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Kameron did an outstanding job of explaining everything. He is an outstanding employee.
All of the employees that work to replace our air conditioner stating with Ryan Calhoun, Nate Brown, Daniel Honeycott, JR Lamb, Dillion Jones, Bryant Johnson, Nate Brown and Adam Chavis and Nicholas Chavis did a great job and we recommend Simmons One Hour Heating & Air anytime they are all great guys and all of the receptionist who answer the phone were great and very polite. Everyone did a great job.
Our experience was great, they kept us informed and updated on when Daniel would arrive and Daniel was professional and very knowledgeable. He gave us several options and wasn’t pushy. I would highly recommend getting Daniel if you are looking for a quote on A/C repair or replacement.
