Rude office manager, who walked in late (Sloan) and disheveled. Be aware that if you are a new patient and the system is down, your appointment will be on hold because you can’t be seen until their system is back working the only option is for you to leave the office to go get cash. This is nowhere in their paperwork, and they can’t send you an invoice to pay on the back end. Imagine coordinating childcare, and taking from work to be told you have to wait until their system is back working to be seen.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Simmons. She’s always timely, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the front desk operations, which is the reason for my low rating and review. Typically, when booking an appointment, the receptionist ensures that all details are in order to avoid issues when patients arrive. That hasn't been my experience at this office. Dr. Simmons was very caring, empathetic and had great bedside manners. My obgyn exam was smooth and painless. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns patiently. I am so glad my paths crossed with Dr. Simmons and I am looking forward to years and years of care under her.
