Simmons installed a Lenox system in my condo in 2002. It proved to be inadequate capacity to cool the place during the Summer months. Their attitude is very much in the "not my problem" category, and I strongly recommend going with someone else for installations. For repairs, the first Summer I lived there, I paid their TECH $110 to tell me "there's nothing we can do" with an HVAC system on the roof. Of course, they installed said system on the roof.
