My husband and I just purchased our first home and needed to have the HVAC inspected professionally, per our home inspector. We set up an appointment for a diagnostic, no problem. However, the technician that showed up got out of his truck smoking, continued to smoke as he got his supplies ready, and blew his last puffs on the front porch. My husband and I don't smoke, and didn't appreciate having our new place smell of it.
