Carlene Simmons did not help me at all with my case. I got the runaround until I finally cut ties when I realized she was sabotaging my case. Carlene ruined my credit score after I was told to stop paying creditors after retaking her although my case had not been filed. After dealing with her for 2 years my case was never filed and I requested the filing fee back and cut ties with this lady. I was told to spend $7k “on groceries or something” before she would file my case. I chose not to commit a crime.
Carlene Simmons was my attorney and I could not have asked for a better one. She was there with me every step of the way, and I really felt like she listened and understood how difficult this can be for non-lawyers. She's kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and I'm so grateful for her expertise.
