Responsiveness of the friendly people and sales and service.
Review is for Service Department. My 2009 Ford Fusion had an airbag recall. After I got postcard notice from Ford, I stopped in person to schedule work. Bruce was able to get my Fusion in a few days later. Kurt did the paperwork. Don gave me a ride to/from to my house. Impressed with communication of Service Department and efficiency to get the work done promptly.
The sales lady(Alaina) was so helpful & wonderful!! We'll send our family & friends to her! We really liked how helpful everyone was!!
Great job in a low pressure sales environment. If you are looking for a Ford in the Kalamazoo/Portage area this is the place to go.
