My family and I have been a patient of Dr. David Simmons for many years, which makes my experience today especially disappointing. During my appointment, he spoke to me extremely rude like a switch was flipped and as if I was beneath him. Apparently HIPPA doesn’t apply to David Simmons,judging by the way he’s openly disrespecting clients online in his free time. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the appalling experience I had with your staff. Just started going here, and I am absolutely loving it!! The staff are so kind and helpful, and explained everything throughly and Dr. Simmons is always super friendly each time I’ve went. They even have blankets if you get chilly!
