Where do I start! This idiot is a slum lord. He allows people living in his section 8 housing to deal drugs, down the street from an elementary school. The section 8 people can afford flat screen TV's, IPODS, cell phones, play stations and Xbox gaming consoles, pay for beer, cigarettes, yet they live off the tax payers in housing? I rating this business one star but its not even worth that. The review i just read was exactly right she might have been a little nice about it though lol The houses are horrible they make you clean it. They do not show unless you give money down and they tell you that you better hurry because someone else is looking at it. I needed a place because i have kids i didn't expect it to be horrible. first, they wont even show you a house without you giving !/s the deposit on the house,.. when you they eventually come around to showing you the inside of the house ,.. its in horrible ,.. unsanitary conditions,.. i was told they house would be completely ready by the move in date,.. i moved in and noticed nothing was done,. if anything , the house looked worse, i tried getting my deposit back and was told no,.. why am i giving a deposit to a house that has mold. mildew. repairs with electrical tape and paint..( hole in doo... read more
