I exclusively used Simmons and Daughters Painting for about 10 years. Professional, very reasonable and knowledgeable! Phil died in 2017 then his son in law assumed ownership. Brady painted inside (reasonable job but didn’t texture when he said he would). But exterior was a disaster: sprayed over moss (photo), didn’t prepare/smooth out brick surfaces, missed old paint, paint on hardware, partially painted clad slider (ruined). We had them come out to our house for a quote, they sent the quote later than what we were told. I then wanted to schedule an appointment to get the work done, I emailed and texted the guy who came out for the quote so that we could get something scheduled. He texted back saying he would look at his schedule and get back to me and I still haven't heard anything.
