I exclusively used Simmons and Daughters Painting for about 10 years. Professional, very reasonable and knowledgeable! Phil died in 2017 then his son in law assumed ownership. Brady painted inside (reasonable job but didn’t texture when he said he would). But exterior was a disaster: sprayed over moss (photo), didn’t prepare/smooth out brick surfaces, missed old paint, paint on hardware, partially painted clad slider (ruined).
