Unfortunately, our first therapy experience was disappointing. After scheduling our session a week in advance and driving an hour to the appointment, we were informed upon arrival that the therapist was unaware of our booking and needed to reschedule. Mistakes happens but I hope the office can improve their scheduling communication to prevent this from happening to other clients seeking help.
