Regardless on how busy they are they make sure to take care of me I’m a new customer with them and will be with this bank as long as I live thank you to all the Paragould branch for phenomenal service and treating everyone like family 10/10 recommend!
Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service I’ve overlooked the complete lack of customer service at this branch for the past five years, mainly because I’ve limited my visits to the ATM, which—unlike the staff—performs its job efficiently. However, my visit on August 4th was the final straw. I entered the branch to have a document notarized. When the notary finally appeared, she told the teller she couldn’t assist me and proceeded to serve drive-through customers who had arrived after I did.
