I literally haven’t had any problems with any other Simmons location but this one. I’m out of state a lot and don’t have time to stop in the bank a lot to do business so I have to call and make my loan payments. Every OTHER Simmons bank has no problem with it literally. I called this location and went about the normal process and they made it 10 times more complicated and said I needed to verify my identify even tho my NAME is on the account. I have had a bank account with Simmons bank for over 20 years. When I say the screwed me over, I mean it. Because of a glitch in their system, they closed my account and also I am now blocked from making an account at other banks for a year. When I tried to communicate the problem with employee's of the bank it seemed like they could care less what I had to say. We received a large check so of course they put a hold on it but released 225 that day. The next day I called to find out about the rest and had to leave a message and of course nobody called back. When I checked my account it was negative so I called to find out why and was told they changed their mind and was holding the entire amount for 7 days.
