They refused to cash a check at 4:50 because they had already closed the safe. This was after they changed their position about being able to notarize a title through the driveway through window. This bank has been nothing but problems since it was bought by Simmons Bank. I'd give it one star but the online banking is top notch. I also like the tellers in Stillwater.

I'm a small business owner that does business with other small businesses. I will NEVER do business with simmons bank because of they way they treat the customers of their business account holders. Their lobby at 61st and Lewis is closed on Saturday, but their drive thru is open. but not for the customers of their customers. If I write a check to pay someone who does work for me, I expect my bank to cash it. I don't care about it being a Saturday. I don't care about your account holder only drive thru policy.
