The door lady at the exit door named Ashlyn or Ashley. She was very rude and hateful to myself and my mother-in-law my sister-in-law it was an awful experience lack of training. They need to get better people at the door you pay to shop there and this is what you get it’s pathetic.

It's been my bank since 1994 and I kept my account when I moved to Tulsa in 1995 since there was a location close to where I lived. I've since moved all around the Tulsa area so it's not always been a convenient to use SNB, but I love the bank and the service I get. Now I'm back to living half a mile from a branch location so it's as easy to use as ever. Edit: this review was of Stillwater National Bank, which was acquired by Simmons Bank, and it no longer applies.
