Excellent bank and very good customer service.
10/10/25. Drove thru drive thru today to cash a check a Simmons customer had written me. Gave him my check and driver license. He said I needed to come inside. I went inside a lady told me they would charge me $10 to cash the check. I drove to Regions and it was cashed for Free. Greedy bank. Check what they charge you in fees if your a customer.
Not everyone who has banked with Simmons after 20 years should be treated like a criminal. The staff is just terrible at customer service. I hate having to go to the Maumelle location. As part of their training, they should be required to go through the drive through at Regions Bank down the road. Do better!
