I'm kinda blown away at the ATM. This location NEVER cleans the machine. Covid is making its runs again and the machine has not been cleaned for months. There are spider webs and spiders all over it. It's ridiculous that I have to fight off a spider to use the card machine.
This location is completely unprofessional and a disappointment to the Simmons brand and reputation. Do not waste your time even dealing with anyone by the name of Stephanie/Stephie!! The entire lobby was rude and ignored my mother waiting patiently in line and no ONE spoke up or said a word even after 5mins. She was only making a deposit. If you don’t desire to work, GO HOME. Jax was the best interaction in drive through and the ONLY one who seemed liked they clocked in today. Lexi…. Speak up or you’re just like THEM.
