Someone lost there debit card by ATT STORE IN NLR. I TOOK CARD TOO SIMMONS BANK TO TURN IT IN.
Great bank
There is only one person working the lobby and drive-through during lunch. I was told I would have to wait an hour to open up an account. Suggested me to try a different location.
Had two different customer service agents neither one ever spoke or recognized me. Finally the second agent said thank you when she returned with my receipt. Just rude the agent with the blonde color braids acted as though i was bothering her!
