There is only one person working the lobby and drive-through during lunch. I was told I would have to wait an hour to open up an account. Suggested me to try a different location.
Had two different customer service agents neither one ever spoke or recognized me. Finally the second agent said thank you when she returned with my receipt. Just rude the agent with the blonde color braids acted as though i was bothering her!
Mrs Rosalin went over and beyond to help me. She was kind professional and courteous at all times. You need more employees of her caliber..and Issac the phone customer service representative was patient and so very kind and helpful.Im very very grateful for them.
I use to LOVE coming to this branch whenever I visited home. Since they replaced Sholanda I don't even bother. She was definitely the HEART of this branch, I'm seriously thinking about closing my accounts with Simmons all together. You all definitely messed up BIG time with that decision.
