These guys always show up quickly when we need them and do a great job! They’re honest, reliable, and more reasonably priced than most. Their receptionist is always so friendly and helpful too! We ended up needing a new system and they managed to get it done in just one day. We totally trust them with our HVAC and would recommend them to anyone!
I appreciate Simmons AC for their great customer service and thorough service and information concerning my diagnosis for my AC unit I appreciate the prompt response from my speaking with Mrs Simmons and the Service Technicians coming out and making their assessment and doing so with professionalism I would recommend this company and they haven’t taken care of my unit issues yet but I am one that appreciates great customer service and they are great
I called about noon because a/c had stopped working during the night. They told me they would be here this afternoon. They showed up within 30 minutes. The two guys were very courteous and explained to me what they were doing. I am really pleased with with the response time. More than that, both the young men were very respectful and professional. I recommend Simmons for all your air conditioning needs. Finally an honest and fair company.
My AC went out on Sunday (holiday weekend). From the time I called and the service tech finished it was only an hour and a half! Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!! Thank you Simmons AC.
