I was very appreciative that you were able to take care of my root canal on short notice. From beginning to end your service was exceptional. The tech was very knowledgeable , personable and discussed the whole procedure thouroughly. The dentist explained in great detail what needed to be done and did a real professional job in taking care of my tooth. The front desk personnel did a fine of taking care of the paperwork. Had a good visit, good results on my teeth (no cavities), some good advice, and a couple of nice gifts to help me have good tooth care. I am quite happy.
Today I saw two new people in the office and loved them both! Pam did a great job on cleaning and getting to know me. Amy went above and beyond to figure out how to help with my invisalign since I live out of town.
It was a wonderful experience. Cindy handled all of our financial needs to include dealing with our insurance company and provided an estimate for services. Beth, your dental hygienist was professional and was genuinely concerned for my well being. Wonderful!
