Good food, guy working there was super nice and gave us free cookies! Prices seemed more than fair as well, which is surprising for this area.
Unfortunately the bad reviews of this place are accurate: this ranks as one of the worst meals I’ve had in years. It’s actually impressive how disgusting the food was. The service was also pretty bad. There was no one at the counter when we arrived and our order ticket sat there for 10 minutes before someone came out, no apology, no acknowledgement of our presence, and zero sense of urgency. This was so disappointing. My favorite part of my rice bowl was the kimchi and rice. The chicken and the beef were just sad. The ice was self scoop, very unsanitary.
tldr; Awful food at premium price with horrible service. The staff there seem to hate their job. If you dine in there, they don’t even bother to walk a few steps to bring the food to your table. Also if you have questions, expect impatient response from them. I have built a good tolerance for bad service having live here for more than 7 years and am willing to put up with bad service if the food is good. Don’t believe the pictures. I literally throw away the food after the first bit. Terrible pre-made with bad quality. Not worth the price.
