Come stay with us! Our clean and quite motel keeps the fun environment of getting out of town with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in each room. Nice big pool and children's playground with picnic and BBQ area. Great for family trips or just traveling through. Just minutes away from the Wizard of Oz Museum and other local attractions. One to two bedrooms available including honeymoon suites.

We only live an hour away but this is our favorite get-away. The rooms are always awesome (and clean!), the folks are always friendly and we always enjoy our visits and hate to leave.

This is absolutely THE Best Motel I have ever stayed at...decorated in a down to earth old western trail yet modernized and extremely clean with excellent 24/7 customer service. I will definitely be returning as this is the perfect stopping point not too far off Interstate 70 the gateway from East to West or West to East in a town where you can visit the Wizard of OZ Museum! Thank you Cherie!

We've stayed at the Simmer multiple times. Cheri and staff always treat us nicely. We host annual gatherings here and they are very accommodating. Great facilities at a very fair price. Spacious and clean. We will be back!

This was a awesome place! The room we were in was, The Wizard of oz. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
I have stayed at the Simmer motel several times. I love this place!!! Cute, clean rooms. When visiting Manhattan, I choose to stay here versus hotels in Manhattan. The Simmer is very economical & you don't have to book 2 nights when you stay over the weekend. Staff is very friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this motel.
