Horrible service
AVOID!!!! This company is not the same. Had several duct cleaning services in the past 7 years for much cheaper price than the current significant increase (from $270 to $350). Service was excellent: Guys were friendly and would make sure you are satisfied. Lady on the phone would give returning customers same old price. Current lady gives no discount. These guys were hired by my property management company at my condo building and I'm currently between tenants so I purchased dryer vent cleaning to keep the unit in good condition. That being said, I'm living off site so they tell me that I have to be there all day in order to get my vent serviced. I used Simmco for their duct cleaning services. I was booked within 2 days and received a phone call 20mins prior to their arrival, and within the 2 hour time window of 1pm - 3pm. Both men were courteous and ensured they used shoe coverings when entering the home. The cleaning process was explained prior to any work commencing. They took precautions to ensure dust was minimized in living areas throughout the vacuuming process. Photos and videos were taken by the technicians of before and after cleaning.
