I feel privileged to be able to use this surgery. Both doctors are extremely professional and caring. I can’t fault the team at this surgery including the receptionist.
Awkward
This has to be one of the worst practices I have ever come across. I live around the corner and have 2 young children. I have been calling for months to have my children seen by their doctors as it’s convenient and close. Every single time I get gold they have accepted their cap of new patients regardless what day of the week I call. The receptionist is very blaze and not willing to help at all. Disgusting customer service. When you have young children you don’t wait weeks to see a doctor. Absolutely disgusting!
the receptionist forgot to tell the doctor i was in the waiting line and wasted 1 hour of my time and told me the doctor could not see me 😡
