John was super helpful when we were trying to figure out how to repair some wood rot in our bedroom. He came over quick and did some prodding to figure out which wood was good and what needed to go. With his background in architecture, he gave very sound and reasonable advice. He was excellent to work with and we'll be going to him again for any future inspection needs.

We used Simler Inspections for our new-build house. We were very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner of the owner. We are not handy people and do not have much knowledge for home standards. The owner took his time and explained many items he found sub-standard. The report that is generated came extremely fast and was easy to read. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend.
