We used Simler Inspections for our new-build house. We were very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner of the owner. We are not handy people and do not have much knowledge for home standards. The owner took his time and explained many items he found sub-standard. The report that is generated came extremely fast and was easy to read. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend.
