We used Simler Inspections for our new-build house. We were very impressed with the professionalism and timely manner of the owner. We are not handy people and do not have much knowledge for home standards. The owner took his time and explained many items he found sub-standard. The report that is generated came extremely fast and was easy to read. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend.

My wife and I are first-time home buyers and were fortunate enough to have John be our inspector, twice. He explained everything to us very thoroughly and made us understand ever aspect of the home inspection. His candidness and expertise, both as an inspector but also an architect, made us feel at ease throughout the entire experience. I would recommend John and his services to anyone!

Initially, we thought he was very trustworthy and professional. In terms of personal interaction he was very pleasant to work with and very willing to answer any questions. However, as we've lived in our new house for the last year we have found many major problems that an experienced home inspector should have found.
