John and Jay are great! We used Simler Home Inspections for our most recent purchase. They are on time and go above and beyond for their customers. They are both very thorough and take the time to review their findings with you at the end of inspections. They even go into the hard to reach places and are truly knowledgeable on questions my family and I had. We plan to use them for future endeavors! A+ service and experience all around with these guys!
By far the worst most unprofessional inspectors I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT RECOMMEND
The home inspection they did for me was thorough and saved me near $1000 on a roof fix. They also gave detailed information on the Hvac system and the roof’s condition, including lots of pictures in their report. They’re nice people as well.
I have recommended Simler Inspections to my clients for more than 30 years John Simler and Jay Miller are very thorough and knowledgeable. They explain things to the clients in simple terms and give the buyers general maintenance tips as they go through the inspection process. Simler’s written reports are clear and concise with explanations and pictures of their findings. John is also a registered architect and I have also recommended him for specific structural inspections
